MSU Video Quality Measurement tools

  • MSU Video Quality Measurement Tool
This program allows you to use different metrics for comparison (common - PSNR, Delta, VQM, SSIM and our own metrics for measure blurring and blocking). There are different ways for representing results: CVS-log file, video file with metric visualization. Also you could compare two (original, processed) or three (original, and two other processed by different codecs, for example) files.
  • MSU Perceptual Video Quality tool
This is a program for subjective video quality evaluation. You can make two types of subjective video video comparisons and apply different ways of analysis of expert's opinion, including estimation of expert's reliability. Results are saved in CSV-log file
  • Metrics information
